At every level of your career here, you'll be learning - about the industry, the company, and yourself. Our learning programs fall into three areas:

Mentoring: Non-hierarchical relationships between the more experienced and the newly experienced - in any topic - to benefit mentees personally and professionally. Each relationship is unique.

Professional Development: Specialized GEP training in business-related skills either onsite or online, or more formalized classes at our corporate university campus that last from one day to three weeks.

Career Management: One-on-one review of where you've been at GEP and where you're headed - to make sure you're using all your resources to reach all your career goals.
