It's called "Session C." And it not only helps you be a better employee - it helps you be a better you.

Once a year, you'll meet individually with your manager to discuss your accomplishments, your strengths and the areas you could improve. And if it stopped there, it would be a typical performance review.

But with Session C, we'll also cover your career plans and your career dreams (even ones that go beyond GEP). It's an opportunity to re-cap your performance, and for your manager to offer advice and suggest GEP tools to advance your career, like:

• Attending classes at GE's University, Crotonville
• Picking a mentor
• Taking onsite training classes
